Hello! My name is Clover Miravella. I have been living in the Dallas area for all of my life. I am determined to bring positive social change and inspire others. I am a junior in highschool who is incredibly passionate about public speaking and giving a platform for others to have their voices heard.

I have always loved TED Talks. I was always passionate about the platform that allows people's voices to be heard. This passion grew at least ten times in size when I got to see my first TEDx talk. A good friend of mine, Giana Downing, was giving a speech about synesthesia. Not only did her speech blow my mind, but all of the other speakers I saw at this event did too. Seeing these people put so much work into something they were so passionate about was truly beautiful. Giana ended up going to my school the next year with the incredible idea of bringing the TEDx program to my school. Through many challenges, struggles and lots of work, Giana and I managed to create the TEDx club at my school. Through this wonderful platform, we have been able to bring in speakers with stories worth listening to and ideas worth spreading. Please follow us on this inspiring journey!
