In today's fast-paced and uncertain world, effective leadership is more critical than ever. However, there is a growing movement towards compassionate leadership. Compassionate leadership is not about being soft or weak; it's about recognizing the humanity in others and leading with empathy and kindness.

My journey towards TED began with a single video that captured my attention and ignited a spark within me. Titled "There is no such thing as Moving on," this TED talk profoundly resonated with me and inspired me to delve deeper into the world of TED. One of the key themes of the TED talk was the idea that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to moving on from difficult situations. Instead, it's about embracing change and navigating the ups and downs of life with courage and resilience. This message of adaptability and resilience deeply resonated with me, as I reflected on my own journey of facing challenges and embracing opportunities for growth and transformation. As I continue my journey with TED, I am excited to engage with the TED community, share my own ideas, and be a part of a movement that celebrates the transformative power of ideas worth spreading.
