Jesse Heath is an experienced employee relations and student affairs professional with a passion for fostering positive workplace and campus environments. As an Employee Relations Coordinator at the University of Northern Iowa, he provides guidance on workplace conflict, performance management, and staff development. Previously, he served as a Residence Life Coordinator at UNI and a Hall Director at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where he supervised staff, managed student conduct cases, and enhanced residence life programs. Jesse has also contributed to professional organizations, serving as Production Editor for the Upper Midwest Region – Association of College & University Housing Officers. He holds a Master of Science in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Iowa. Jesse is committed to leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
