I support technical education in Ghana by crafting technical programs tailored to promoting student growth and career readiness at Dream Hive Scholarship. I love to think and make difficult decisions that lead to not just incredible but desirable results. I am passionate about problem solving, approaching software design/development with a product mindset and from a product perspective. I am very excited about the potential to create exceptional user experiences through design and the art of software development. This curiosity has driven me to pursue a career that melds technical expertise with a deep appreciation for aesthetics and I see a world of opportunities to leverage this fusion to solve real-world challenges and make a positive impact.

Africa! I would love to see an Africa that is built by it's people and it's people's technology and that is why I am so much passionate about building products that solve problems in Africa. Products, as opposed to software and electronic platforms. We need to train the next generation of students who will be engineers to solve problems from a product perspective and with a product mindset. Engineers who will create usable and sustainable products for the ordinary African instead of just writing code.

Africa is where the world hangs out! Africa, with its vibrant cultures, vast natural resources, and innovative spirit, is poised to become the world's next hotspot. Africa is emerging as the world's next hub for innovation, growth, and cultural influence. With 70% of its population under 30, the continent is primed for a dynamic future, fueled by a young workforce, rapid urbanization, and a booming tech scene. Cities like Lagos, Nairobi, and Johannesburg are leading the charge in economic development, while Africa's rich cultural heritage continues to captivate the world. Its strategic location as a bridge between Europe, Asia, and the Americas further positions Africa as a key player on the global stage. However, Africa also faces significant challenges that must be addressed to unlock its full potential. Gaps in infrastructure, corruption, and access to education and healthcare are hurdles that demand urgent attention. Tackling these issues while addressing climate change and environmental sustainability is crucial for creating long-term, inclusive growth. By investing in skills development, strengthening governance, and improving public services, Africa can overcome these barriers and pave the way for a sustainable future. Now is the time for action. By supporting Africa’s entrepreneurship, innovation, and infrastructure development, we can help shape a thriving continent. Through global partnerships, cultural exchange, and empowering Africa's youth, we can break down stereotypes and highlight Africa’s success stories. Africa is not just a continent of untapped potential—it’s where the world comes together to build a sustainable, prosperous future. Let’s join forces to celebrate Africa and help make this vision a reality.

My TED story is about changing the way the world sees Africa. I’ve always believed that Africa is more than just a continent with challenges—it’s a place filled with vibrant cultures, immense talent, and boundless potential. With a young and dynamic population, rapidly growing cities, and a tech scene that’s flourishing, I see Africa as the next global hotspot for innovation, growth, and cultural exchange. But I’m not blind to the hurdles we face. From infrastructure gaps to education and healthcare challenges, there’s a lot of work to be done. Yet, I believe that these challenges are also opportunities for real transformation. By investing in the continent’s future, addressing corruption, and focusing on sustainable development, we can build something truly remarkable. It’s not just about economic growth—it’s about creating long-term solutions that empower Africa’s people and protect its environment. Through my work and vision, I want to inspire others to see Africa the way I do: as a place of opportunity, resilience, and excellence. I’m passionate about fostering global partnerships, encouraging investment, and celebrating Africa’s incredible success stories. Expressing myself and what I believe in/ am passionate about. I believe that was due to my desire to be in my comfort zone as a result of my fear of not being enough and being criticized by others. I am actively making efforts to stand up and out. I am not the same person I used to be and that's primarily because of the experience I gained when I decided to take on a leadership position in my department(Department Of Computer Science, KNUST).
