As an educator I have the mission to spread the light of Education to eliminate the darkness of illiteracy and ignorance. To inspire and motivate towards excellence. To mentor both the parents and children facilitate teaching learning process. I am one of the chosen few of the Lord who He has blessed with the titles of Pastor, Preacher, Teacher ,Poet, His Warrior. I learnt so I teach and when I teach I learn more . The more I learn the richer I become. Life is not to let it pass like a train while you are standing at the crossing. Do not forget you are the driver of your life's train. The the track is before you. The power of passion and determination is there to drive the train. So travel the world of Excellence till you reach the final junction. With this in mind ,I want to travel the whole world where I can go and will keep traveling till I end my journey enriched with fruits of knowledge and wisdom that when I stand before the Lord ,I will thank God and say O Lord I have made the best of the gift of life which You have given.

"Thy Kingdom Come !" "Thy kingdom" means the kingdom of God, which as the Scripture says," Behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” (Luke 17:21), is my ambition. Please don't see this through the biased spectacles of religion; what I see is a broader picture . when I say His kingdom ,I do refer to peace, joy, eternal life, enlightenment , deliverance and redemption. The words may sound liturgical, but they contain an immensity of the idea of seeing man created in His likeness and image. I am passionate about the gospel of enlightenment that is education. I am passionate about the doctrine of peace which is the peace of mind. I am passionate about the joy_ the real joy of the spirit . I am passionate about a purpose driven life which in the real sense of the term an eternal life .I am passionate about deliverance from the shackles of dogma. I am passionate about helping you see what you have been created for .

Dr.Joseph Murphy,in his book ' The Power of Subconscious Mind' writes that a magnetized piece of steel can lift 12 times of its weight. My idea worth spreading is how to maximize one's potential 12 times by becoming a magnetized piece of steel . All this needs is undergoing through a rearrangement of instinctual atoms indwelling a of us. Everyone fits into what Shakespeare has said about man(human beings)- What a piece of work is a man, How noble in reason, how infinite in faculty, In form and moving how express and admirable, In action how like an Angel, In apprehension how like a god, The beauty of the world... This magnetic therapy works wonders.

Everyone has a story, and the beauty of everyone's story is that everyone is the protagonist/the hero of his/her story. "First become worhty of standing and speaking from this red carpet",said my Friend said to me. I was tempted to tell him that to be worhty or to be able to,are two different things like to speak like TEDx and to speak on Tedx. I have an IDEA to share; INTEREST I have; I have INTENT and INTUITION I have. But I don't have what makes me worthy of speaking from the circular red carpet of a Tedx event. Let it be a tiny Tedx Talk of the Cs I have - Content- I have the content that may spring from the fertile land of my heart.Idea rich content. For me every word is full of the content when seen thorough the spectacles of thought.So no problem with what I have to speak.(If I may write the script for a celebrity,I can for sure write for myself) Confidence- I feel and say that when I am on the stage I am myself ,and my friends say,'You are a different when you are on the stage' Confidence, according to me,is going for hitting a six on a tight yorker,knowing well that I may have the middle stump broken; buy still going for hitting a six. No stage phobia,no complex,no fear,no fumbling or stammering. Competence: Confidence is how good I think I am,and competence is how good I am at something. I think and I am are synced. Years of preparation and practice have equip one with all that is required for a goal desired. Courage: Competence and confidence are the vital ingredients of courage. It is the courage to stay even if the audience is hostile and does not accept you.The courage to face the audience and courage to confront criticism. Courage to enter with confidence and exit with contentment. I may add on Celibre, Capability and Capacity. But the victory is not decided on what you have ,it is determined by what you do not have. ICC World Cup 2023- India -the best team- had the best bowling,best batting best fielding,buthad their worst day in chance on the appointed day. Chance concludes my talk- I may not have or may not get a chance of luck; but that really doesn't mean that I am not worthy of speaking from the circular red carpet of Tedx Talk. With my 'I's and 'C's- I stand tall amid the battle feild where fate may stab me but can't defeat me. Orator'ly yours Kamal Kumar

They will find me speaking for any length of time and that makes them not to take me seriously. Seldom do they know that I have drawn out all my content through their indifferent ,cold & passive listening. People don't know that I read people the way I read books -taking notes, highlighting the core content and writing takeaways .
