My love for it happened when I say Simon Sinek speaking about "Starting With Why". A novel idea. A quick talk. It resonated with me professionally and personally. Years later I was in a chamber meeting and met who would become my Co-Curator. He mentioned that Tysons, VA could use a TED and I quickly agreed. We began the process and the rest is history.
