Darby is Senior Director of TED@Work, focused on bringing TED into the workplace to engage employees and create a culture of learning and innovation. With over 15 years of experience in consulting, leadership and team development, OKRs, and operational system design, she brings a mindset that spans both the strategic and tactical to lead our team. Her agility within business is grounded in learning agility, with her story being included in a leadership development book published in 2023. However, Darby's proudest accomplishment is having raised two socially-conscious sons who have successfully flown out of the nest.
