Thambi Aashish Bobba builds communities around ideas. He leads the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) at KL University and organizes TEDxKLH University, bringing together researchers, entrepreneurs, creators, and changemakers to share ideas that inspire action. His work focuses on creating opportunities where technology, leadership, and storytelling intersect. From building technical communities to curating conversations on the TEDx stage, he believes meaningful innovation happens when people with different experiences come together to challenge assumptions and learn from one another. Aashish is driven by a simple belief: the right idea, shared at the right time, has the power to change how people think and ultimately, how they shape the future.

I'm passionate about building communities where people learn from one another and grow together. Whether through technology, leadership, or storytelling, I enjoy creating spaces that encourage curiosity, meaningful collaboration, and bold thinking. I believe the most impactful innovations emerge when diverse perspectives are brought into the same conversation.

The future won't be shaped by those who have all the answers it will be shaped by those willing to ask better questions. I've always been inspired by the way TED turns complex ideas into conversations that anyone can connect with. Organizing TEDxKLH University is my opportunity to contribute to that mission by creating a platform where remarkable people share ideas that challenge perspectives, inspire action, and continue long after the event ends. For me, TEDx is more than an event it's a community built around curiosity, learning, and the belief that one idea can change someone's life.

Most people know me through technology and community leadership, but what they often don't see is how much I enjoy connecting people, bringing teams together, and turning ambitious ideas into reality. I enjoy working behind the scenes building relationships, solving problems, and creating environments where others can do their best work.
