Niels Van Kets

Niels works for TEDxGhent since 2014. He was recruited as technical team lead because of his profound live production knowledge and made the 2015 main event a technical success with limited budgets. After the 2015 event, Niels also became in charge for all other practical aspects of the TEDxGhent events as event manager. He coordinated about 25 volunteers and engaged in a creative partnership with Barco and nocomputer to create a truly immersive experience for the TEDxGhent audience (https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/power-collaboration-immersive-user-experience-our-niels-van-kets?trk=prof-post) From this year on, Niels functions as operational manager and co-curator for TEDxGhent. Within these functions he focusses on creating beautiful and functional experiences such that our product (TEDx talks) can be spread to our audience in a great immersive atmosphere.
