Bio

From Immigrant to CEO in tech, my journey embodies the triumph over language and gender barriers. As a Venezuelan immigrant in Chile, I embarked on my professional path with meager earnings, determined to learn and adapt to a new culture and business practices. Working my way up at TodoVa, I honed my sales and marketing skills and gained invaluable experience in managing technical teams. My journey wasn't without its challenges, but I persevered, growing both personally and professionally. Subsequently, I was offered a pivotal role at a technology consulting firm, leading a new area focused on artificial intelligence and chatbots. As a foreign woman, I encountered discrimination and skepticism from my team and superiors who doubted my ability to hold such a position in a foreign country. Yet, despite these obstacles, I successfully led two teams - the technical team and the sales team. This experience provided me with the strength and confidence to launch my own venture. That's when I founded BotOn, a SaaS B2B company specializing in connecting messaging channels to automate customer conversations using AI-powered suggested flows. What began as a side project grew into a thriving business, allowing me to quit my job and dedicate myself entirely to my entrepreneurial endeavor. My journey led me to remarkable achievements, including winning the pitch competition sponsored by HIMSS Georgia Chapter and North Georgia Health System. Today, I continue to drive myself and my team to reach new heights, constantly striving for excellence and innovation.

I'm passionate about

I'm passionate about fostering leadership, particularly among Hispanic women. As a Hispanic woman myself, I'm dedicated to breaking barriers and empowering the next generation of female leaders in technology and healthcare. Through my journey in these fields, I aim to inspire others to embrace their heritage and aspire to leadership roles. I firmly believe that when we amplify the voices of Hispanic women, we contribute to a more diverse and inclusive future where everyone can thrive.

An idea worth spreading

The power of community and collaboration. In a world that often emphasizes individual success, it's essential to remember that we can achieve remarkable things when we come together, share our knowledge, and work towards common goals. Our collective potential is boundless, and when we harness it for positive change, we can truly make a difference.
