In a world where you can do anything, why not save a life? Better yet - help save hundreds or thousands of lives. This is what I envision for my career, and what I aim to help others to achieve. I am the executive director of Ambitious Impact (AIM), an incubator and career accelerator for people who want to enable progress on the world’s most pressing problems. AIM is like a university - but for doing good. In a matter of months, rather than years, individuals from diverse backgrounds can join our programs and receive expert training, financial support to cover living expenses, access to a network of ambitious change-makers, and a wide range of resources. Through AIM, participants can become evidence-driven grantmakers, field-leading charity founders, high-leverage charity researchers, or purpose-driven entrepreneurs, all working towards the common goal of maximizing positive impact on the world. Prior to AIM, I co-founded Charity Science, a meta-organization that fundraised for high-impact, evidence-based charities. Seeking to make a more direct impact, I then pivoted to focusing on improving health outcomes in India. I co-founded Charity Science Health, a nonprofit that increases vaccination rates in India using mobile phones and behavioral nudges. I’m excited to meet like-minded individuals at TED and see how we can collaborate to make the world a better place.

The top charities in the world can be an astonishing 100x more effective than the average. I am excited by the impact people can have by dedicating their careers to finding these exceptional organizations, supporting their vital work, and helping to launch even more of them. By strategically investing time and resources, anyone can multiply the impact of a single dollar by a factor of 100.
