About Tracey

Bio

Tracey Dixon is a CPHR Candidate working as Mulgrave School’s Director of Talent Recruitment and Development. Other responsibilities include the role of Mulgrave’s Board Administrator and most recently participating on the Board’s Head of School Search Committee. Tracey joined Mulgrave in 2011 as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Head and Deputy Head of School. Tracey previously worked in the field of dentistry and owned and operated a personnel agency. She has also raised two daughters. Tracey enjoys her role in HR largely because she loves engaging people in a positive way and helping them feel heard, appreciated, and valued. She finds great fulfillment in enabling people and organizations to grow together.
