Having graduated from Nankai University several years ago, I started my career in a legal position, conducting legal research and providing suggestions on business conflicts. Being curious about the business world and seeking to broaden my career path, I pursued my master's degree in Finance in Boston and returned back to China in the spring of 2023. From my personal experience, I believe there is not only one path for one's future, and everything is possible for a willing heart.

I am interested in ideas from various areas, especially in technology and education.

Education should be inclusive. I believe the key to ensuring the liquidity and vitality of a society is providing high-quality education for all. It is one of the feasible tools for those who want to pull themselves up. Thanks to technology, abundant information can be spread to the normal in an easier way, making inclusive education realizable. This is one of the key values that TED was founded, I suppose. Though it is obvious that society is class solidified, I believe the situation can be better if people specializing in different fields are willing to share even a small idea. This is how we can make the world a better place, from a tiny action that can be taken effortlessly.

I have been a fan of TED since I was in high school. When I was the monitor of the class, I always shared a TED video with my classmates during our weekly meetings. Most of the speeches were so inspiring that I couldn't stop watching them, even during my toughest times when preparing for the college entrance examination (Gaokao). TED played an important role during a period where I tried to establish my personal values.

Organizing activities is one of my strengths. I have experience in holding a lecture that invited about 200 audiences. I am good at figuring out every detail of an activity and meeting the needs of different groups.
