Shaneil Ealy

Shaneil Ealy is a native of Conway. She graduated from Conway High School then went on to graduate from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. Shaneil accepted a management position with Hallmark Cards, Inc. in Kansas City, MO, where we worked for 2 years. Shaneil returned to Conway to obtain a Masters in Business Administration at the University of Central Arkansas. After graduating with an MBA, Shaneil accepted a position at UCA in the Division of Outreach & Community Engagement. Shaneil continues to work in Outreach and serves as the Assistant Dean of Programs and Services. She is also pursuing her doctoral degree in Higher Education Administration at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

I love my Ealy men....wife and mother of men. I am passionate about cooking and catering for my family and friends and helping students succeed in college and life.

Its just beginning. I was introduced to TED through a coworker and since that introduction, we have received approval from our university to host a TED event on our campus. I am excited about the possibilities and the journey ahead.
