Personal Mission | With a passion for community, Bailey builds relationships within the East Metro to cultivate a stronger community with hopes of creating a better tomorrow. Serving the Mission | With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Viterbo University, Bailey uses her education and real-world experiences to help spread awareness for City & County Credit Union and the credit union philosophy. She actively spreads the credit union philosophy, People-Helping People, by providing financial literacy opportunities for the under served, volunteering for local organizations and by actively being involved with local community events. Life Quest | Whether she is teaching a budgeting seminar or volunteering for Goodwill-Easter Seals, Bailey is always looking for ways to serve the community, cultivate new relationships and grow personally and professionally. I took a leap of faith by attending TEDxStillwater’s 2015 Women’s Conference event. Looking for a conference that focused on personal development, the women’s conference seemed like the perfect fit to dive into personal contemplation, meet extraordinary leaders and find my purpose in the local community. Surpassing my expectations, TedXStilwater was the best conference I ever attended. The content that was presented was thoughtful, inspiring and motivating. As a young professional, I am always looking for ways to grow professionally AND personally. TED has allowed me to do both. Finding my passion for community took a big leap of chance and personal growth. I owe this to TED. The Women’s Conference inspired me to look past my 8-5 job and dig deeper into my life’s purpose. Since the conference, I continue to use TED as a source for inspiration and bettering myself. I look forward to TEDxStillwater events to collaborate with local leaders, to grow my knowledge and strengthen the St. Croix Valley.
