The recognition of the dispersed nature of knowledge and the advancement of new technologies have encouraged a revolution in the way our institutions are structured. We´ve got to re-think the purpose and structure of social technologies, models that continue to struggle in an unbalanced adaptation to the fierce evolution of physical ones. Schools, Universities and Governmental institutions are lagging behind, leaving an ever-broadening gap that could turn their existence irrelevant altogether unless they adapt to better fulfill their roles in educating and constructing a state of law.
