I am pursuing Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from the University of Delhi and in my Final Year of undergraduate studies. Being assigned with various responsibilities like leading a team as the Marketing Head and also as a Placement Coordinator along with assisting in organising various events in my college, has helped me expand my horizons and knowledge in many fields. I got the opportunity to work at a Shark Tank Funded Startup “UnStop” as a Backlinking Intern. Not only this, I have also interned with various other startups in the field of marketing, which helped me hone my marketing skills. I'm quite versatile and always open to new opportunities and experiences. My passion for personal and professional development, my desire to make a difference, and my eagerness to challenge myself are the key motivators for me to learn new things. I am confident that I would bring a unique and valuable perspective to the stage, and would be honoured to contribute to this inspiring community. In this process of learning and unlearning, I do not fear challenges and failure as they too play an important role in shaping my life.

Travelling and volunteering for social causes is what I am passionate about. Travelling has broadened my perspective to look at life as I got to meet new people every time and look at things from a very different perspective. Along with this, I am currently working with 2 NGOs. I have been holding the position as the Unit Coordinator in one of them for the last two years, where with the collective efforts of the team, we have been able to work on various causes like health, education and animal welfare to bring a change in the lives of the underprivileged people. The other one focuses mainly on conducting food drives. It gives me immense pleasure and a sense of satisfaction to be able to contribute back to society in any possible way and make a difference in someone’s life. Along with this, I am wlling to work on personal as well as professional development which will help me hone my skills.

Sense of accomplishment in one’s work, which plays the utmost important role in one’s personal and professional life. It is directly linked to fulfilment in life as well as work. Leading to the amount of productivity one can produce. In this rat race to achieve success, one should focus more on finding a work that they love to do and give them a sense of fulfilment. It is also important to note that, one must not always see everything from a monetary perspective but also look at the other side of taking up a job.

I assisted in organising the TEDxDSC 2023, where I worked as a team member in the Marketing and Public Relations Department. My work was to collaborate with other organisations and also to raise funds for the smooth conduct of the event. Because of my consistent efforts, I was able to raise the highest funds among my team. The event was a great platform that helped me demonstrate my ability to work in a team and deliver the tasks most efficiently. On the day of the event, I not only worked for my department but also looked at the other logistics and administrative work that gave me a holistic approach to organising an event. I got a chance to listen to the designated personalities as well as interact with them. The life-changing talks inspired me a lot and look forward to participating in such events and organising them so that the ideas reach the masses.

Although, many are aware of my negotiation skills, that have helped me crack various deals not only for my college societies but also in my personal life. But what people are not aware of are my detail-oriented skills. One does not get many chances to showcase these skills, these are some things that come from within. I always try to look at one situation from various perspectives and go into depth before making any decision. Looking at every detail of any situation gives me a cutting edge and helps in standing out from the team. Leadership is all about strategizing ideas and coordinating with the whole team freely so that targets can be achieved. This has taught me that one requires empathy, while you are leading a team. I always try to take into consideration other’s viewpoint as well and that has even helped me solve conflicts efficiently.
