Bio
After a 20+ year career in a range of global business and talent roles in the financial industry, I recently founded VISIA Leadership, a boutique consulting, coaching, and research organization dedicated to enabling a new kind of leadership for a regenerative world.
I left the corporate world to follow my passion for helping leaders and teams develop their capacities to create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally. I am committed to using my skills, knowledge, and experience to help people enact positive change in the world.
I love to learn in formal and informal settings. I received my MBA from Duke University and Doctor of Education in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University where I am an Adjunct Assistant Professor. As a certified coach, I also teach coaching at the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
My current research explores the relationships between collective leadership, complexity, and sustainability.
I am very proud to be an Associate with Leaders' Quest based in New York.
I'm passionate about
Reconceptualizing leadership for a regenerative world.
An idea worth spreading
True sustainability demands a new leadership paradigm that embraces complexity and wholeness and stretches leaders into the realm of the unknowns. It envisions the world not as something to be divided into parts but as emergent entwined ecosystems where people and systems are constantly adapting and co-evolving with no clear outcome other than future potential.
