I am a German National, and from 1970 became a global working traveller. with stations, in South Africa, Mozambique, Côte d'Ivoire, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, India, and a few more. Trained in the Hospitality sector worked in it for a number of years - was hunted by a retail company were I took over the total food devisions. In 1988 started my own company, GVCM (Global Village Commodities) in Johannesburg - South Africa. Trade in many once of projects but concentrated on the food sector, herbs, spices, ingredients, including coconuts, cashew nuts and such like. in 2003 I relocated to India where I married Aruna, continued for a while with the same business model but mainly getting German Companies products on to shelves at Indian retailers. MD for an Italian Company for 3 years importing, wine, Olive oils and Pasta to India and Sri Lanka. From 2012 - concentrate on Advising people, companies and organisations to set up business in India or out. My global contact and connections came in very handy and thus I continued.
