As a a learning program advisor on the TED@Work team, I specialize in helping organizations bring the magic of TED to their employees in meaningful ways to support their learning and development. Using powerful TED ideas and educational resources, I seek to inspire new approaches to DEIB, sustainability, leadership, and other business critical topics in the workplace. I am passionate about continuous learning, fostering safe and diverse environments, and having candid conversations in the workplace.
