Monika Cwiek

I like to use the phrase that actual value speaks for itself. I like doing what I believe in because it is passion, and no additional motivation is needed. Doing what you are passionate about, you do it best. For over ten years, I have worked as an event manager in the largest venues in Warsaw. I coordinated the work of many teams working on small conferences up to international fairs, congresses, and concerts. I also worked for many years in an international corporation, which taught me how to cooperate in a global environment and work at the highest level of quality. I am currently working on several projects I created from scratch, which I am gradually developing, and I am pleased to observe their and my development while working on them.

I believe in education in the broad sense of the word, at all ages and stages of life. I believe in effective communication, which is the key to any success, whether at a professional or private level. I am passionate about an open approach to life, self-development, and improvement. My last discovery is that I am passionate about traveling, but only within myself.
