I am the founder and CEO of a UK-based social enterprise called Women Ahead, a social enterprise that develops women in sport and business. I’ve been working in the fields of consultancy, coaching and mentoring for the last 16 years in businesses ranging from 30 employees to 330,000. I have held commercial, coaching and leadership roles at IMG, KPMG, HSBC (Global Head of Coaching), and GP Strategies (Managing Partner). Women Ahead was founded with the belief that parity between men and women in the worlds of sport and business will benefit individuals, organisations and society as a whole, We create innovative and mutually beneficial partnerships between and within the worlds of business and sport. Women Ahead is focused on driving a global dialogue about the advancement of women in sport and business and in doing so. The organisation comprises a team of experts in mentoring, coaching and leadership development who have collectively designed and delivered more than 250 programmes around the world. Women Ahead establish, develop and support one-to-one mentoring conversations, capture and carry out candid and rigorous research, and showcase inspirational female role models through our pioneering Speaker Academy.

Cycling. In 2012 I was the first women to cycle the entire route of the Tour de France,matching the men's race stage for stage. Looking ahead I'm leading 100 women cycling around the world in 100 days
