While at the University of Oxford, I developed a methodology to offer a new and unique systems approach to how individuals and teams consider brain optimization as a means of improving their performance across individual work environments.
By better understanding and applying the latest neuroscience and psychological research, I coach high-performing executives and teams to more quickly accelerate growth, improve organizational health and become more effective performers. I focus on enhancing decision-making and execution.
I have completed an MBA from the University of Oxford. I hold numerous professional certifications including NLP Master Practitioner, Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health, Sleep & Recovery Coaching, HRV Biofeedback and Accredited Certificate in Coach Training (EMCC and AC Certified).
Drawing on my learnings from various diverse experiences, I focus on driving impact and empowering others through coaching and consulting.
I am passionate about my purpose. I get immense satisfaction from helping individuals and teams gain clarity by helping explore and organize the puzzles of the mind, body and environmental connections.
