I am a TED Community member like you but also: - Fellow in The Right Livelihood x Albert Einstein’s Institution “People Powered Fellowship”; - Participant in Aspire Leaders 2023, by Aspire Institute llc, a project founded at Harvard. —- my story: My journey to Climate Activism was triggered by childhood struggles with air pollution-induced breathing difficulties. Today I focus on Climate Justice, Energy Security, how climate crisis impacts conflicts like the one in my homeland Ukraine. I am working on including voices of youth from Ukraine to the climate discourse. On February 24, 2022 as the full-scale invasion unfolded, I woke up to a profound realisation: Climate Crisis and war are both financed by fossil fuels and interconnected. I am committed to expose this grim relationship. Through 2022 I took part in co-organising and leading mass actions across Europe. I used my voice and platform to emphasise Interconnection of Ukrainian Crisis, Energy Security and Climate Justice. Today I am here at TED Countdown 2023 with you, looking forward for talks!
