Jess Skylar uses her expertise in social entrepreneurship, systems change, strategy, and operational chops to impact organizations and propel them forward in all things. A driving force behind reimagining our ever-changing world, Jess excels at building organizations. Jess currently serves as the Managing Partner at Think of Us, serving as the “How” to Founder and CEO Sixto Cancel’s “Why”. Jess has worked at leading systems change and social impact organizations including Ashoka, HIP Investor, Playworks and Revolution Foods. Outside of work, Jess hangs with her three teenagers (bio siblings adopted from foster care), reads voraciously, can’t get enough of the beach, desert, mountains and laying in her hammock under the orange tree(!), cheers for the Dodgers and is constantly trying to figure out how to do all the things that make thisi life worth living in one life.
