Bio
I spend much of my time figuring out how to transform organisations. This always has to come with better results but when done at it’s best it creates the climate for people to use their energy to be creative, solve problems and connect and grow.
I’m from just near Oxford in the UK and run Egremont Group, a London based transformation consultancy.
I love cycling, hockey and trying to play the guitar.
