Sara Rodell

Sara has spent the past 14 years designing technology and systems that elevate gifting and human connection in the corporate environment. She launched her first gifting technology in 2011. Since then, she’s led the team at Loop & Tie through multiple product expansions, advancing the possibilities of how we connect through gifting, and beyond. The Loop & Tie mission is to transform corporate gifting into a social impact engine, reducing waste of unwanted gifts and supporting small businesses and under-recognized business owners. Sara is a student of connection. She explores a wide range of subjects from Regenerative Economics to Systems Polarity and Relational Leadership to develop the unique perspective that drives Loop & Tie’s product and brand evolution, and build an exceptional team of creative dreamers and doers. She’s received awards, recognition and publication from Google, Visa, Salesforce, SXSW, Forbes and Thrive Global.
