Impact businesses motivate me, and I remain dedicated to catalyzing positive changes in our society. I am committed to promoting businesses that not only thrive economically but also make a difference in the world. I firmly believe that together, we can create lasting impact and inspire meaningful transformations.
I am a Public Relations professional, a specialist in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, and I am currently pursuing an MBA in Diversity and Inclusion at BBI of Chicago. I have a deep commitment to sustainability and the generation of shared value.
In my more than 10-year career, I have always focused on creating meaningful connections between organizations and their stakeholders for mutual development. Currently, I am part of the Communication and Brand Experience team at Vale, working on implementing the corporate strategy.
As a professor, I teach the course Neurobusiness and Behavior for the ESG and Innovation MBA students at IEC PUC Minas, as well as the Crisis Management and Corporate Reputation course for the Branding MBA at the same institution.
I am the Co-Organizer of TEDx Belo Horizonte, where I have been actively involved in the planning and development of this transformative event. As a Member of the Knowledge Committee of the FDC Alumni Network, I lead ESG and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for the community.
Lastly, I am an ever-learning individual with hearing impairment!
