In 2016, I went on the TEDxWarsaw web-site and looked for "contact us". There was an email address and I dropped a note, "you're doing cool stuff. I like to do cool stuff too. Can I join?". We had a coffee with a project leader and I came on board as one of the volunteers - moving chairs around and inviting organizers from other TEDx events to visit our event. Then after the event, I talked to the project leader that I was missing something, Me: The talks are not all there is. I think we could design the experience outside of the stage. The event experience. Project Leader: Would you like to take care of that? Me: Sure, I would love to learn. So I became the head of the event experience and started my more intensive journey with TEDx, design thinking and event design.
