Enkhjin Baasandorj is a passionate student who aims to make a positive impact in her community while improving her skills through participation in various fields and associations. In this age of technology, she believes in research and development through information sharing and communicating on a global scale which has and still motivates her to work as an organizer and a translator for TEDx events. After participating in various AFS student exchange programs to Japan and Italy, Enkhjin was appointed a leader at ARAM NGO, a nationwide association of AFS returnees and has been working as the admissions officer and youth advisor for 4 years. With her passion towards debate and diplomatic studies after becoming consecutive champion of the Mongolian Debate Association, Enkhjin has co-organized the first ever 3-day Model UN in Mongolia working as the Head of Public Affairs and Press. After becoming a valued member of Mongolian Red Cross Society, she was selected to represent her country at the Red Cross Red Crescent Statutory Meetings held in Geneva, Switzerland, 2015. In the near future, Enkhjin is highly motivated to continue to participate in the aforementioned programs as well as honing her skills as a leader and evolving to become an influential global citizen.
