Stephen Ciccone

Stephen Ciccone is Toyota’s senior Government Affairs executive in North America. He is responsible for managing the company’s relationship with government in the U.S. at the federal and state levels. He joined Toyota in 2011. During his career, Mr. Ciccone has had an array of government relations and communications positions, including extensive experience in crisis communications both domestically and internationally. Previously, Ciccone led a worldwide team to represent Kodak before governments in the U.S. and international locations ranging from Beijing to Brussels to Buenos Aires. Mr. Ciccone joined Kodak in 1988. Before coming to Kodak, Mr. Ciccone worked for five years at The Business Council of New York State, the premier business association in the state, where he learned the rudiments of lobbying, politics and ego management. He is on the board of the Organization for International Investment (OFII), the National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC) the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers, Global Automakers and the Public Affairs Council. Mr. Ciccone received a Bachelors Degree in English and History from the State University of New York at Albany, and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the Rockefeller College. He lives in Washington, D.C. with his lovely wife, Dawn.
