I oversee the project management office for banking services groups at Bank of the West, responsible for implementation of initiatives with ACH, wire, treasure and commercial processing technologies. Passionate about problem solving and project management strategies. A real project geek at heart with over 15 years of experience managing project offices for various financial institutions. I am an active volunteer for a local Los Angeles dog rescue that is focused on animal advocation. I am also the sustaining advisor for the Junior League of Pasadena focused on educating the community to nurture children through family support. Interests include traveling, reading, hiking, boxing, biking and yoga.

Traveling the world and experiencing diversity amongst cultures, advocating for animal health and safety, women's rights, problem solving, challanging my own leadership competencies and comfort zones.

It's not my idea, but it is certainly an idea that I am passionate about - the UN HeforShe Campaign - a solidarity movement for gender equality! If you don't know much about it, I hope that I enticed you to learn more and lean in together!

I have been a fan of TED talks since the first time I heard one, and find many of the talks facinating and powerful. I share "talks" on leadership and diversity with my work team and collegues and I am extremely passionate about cultivating our work environment into one which is high performing and fun. However, the most personal and life impacting "talk" for me was Brene Brown's: The power of vulnerability. It continues to be a journey for me to find my vulnerability and embrace it with acceptance. I am hoping an in person experience at theTED Conference will help continue to direct my journey and self progress.
