I'm passionate about

Quality of life - work-life integration, laws of attraction, connection with others, healthy eating and being active.

An idea worth spreading

Practice compassion. Nothing makes a bigger difference to one's well-being than giving back. Nothing makes a different to those in need that receiving gifts from others. Practicing compassion, lack of judgement and seeking understanding of each other, and the universality of the human experience, creates connection within ourselves and those around us. Through this connection we find peace and love, the only two things that can change the world.
