Bio
Bobby Goodlatte is the founder of Form Capital, a new design-focused venture firm. Prior to founding Form Capital, Bobby was Designer-in-Residence at Greylock Partners. He began his career as an early product designer at Facebook leading design for user growth and photos.
Bobby's work on user growth mechanics in 2008 substantially boosted Facebook’s registration and retention rates, adding tens of millions of users to the service. He has spoken on the topic of growth mechanics at several international design conferences. The interfaces Bobby created as lead designer on Facebook photos are amongst the most heavily used UIs on the internet.
Bobby is an active angel investor, with investments in more than 75 startups including Coinbase, Envoy, Linear, and Blue Bottle Coffee. He graduated from Duke University in 2008, where he majored in Computer Science.
