I joined TEDxBITJaipur to contribute behind the scenes, helping bring the right partners into the ecosystem. Working on sponsorships has given me a close view of how ideas are supported, funded, and sustained and how much care goes into building something that feels simple on the surface but is thoughtfully constructed underneath.

Staying calm under deadlines
