I am an educator, leader, and lifelong learner who deeply believes that education has the power to transform both hearts and societies. With a Master’s degree in Education and years of experience in academic leadership, I currently serve as Director of a bilingual elementary school in Guatemala. My passion is to guide teachers and students toward meaningful, purpose-driven learning that goes beyond academics and nurtures the whole person. Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives in curriculum integration, STEAM education, environmental awareness, and public speaking. I’m particularly passionate about helping teachers connect knowledge to real-life impact, so that learning becomes not only relevant but inspiring. I’ve also had the opportunity to take part in national dialogues on curriculum reform and teacher development, contributing to efforts that seek to improve the quality and vision of education in Guatemala. Beyond my professional life, I serve as a mentor and faith-based community leader. I coordinate programs for women and children at my local church, where I share reflections on emotional healing, purpose, and hope. I believe that teaching is not only about shaping minds, but also about nurturing hearts and restoring lives. Every classroom, to me, is a place of transformation. Every child holds the potential to impact the world. Through my work, I hope to inspire educators, students, and families to see learning as a journey of love, curiosity, and growth—a journey that begins with purpose and leads to lasting change.

I’m passionate about transforming education into a space of purpose, creativity, and hope. For me, teaching goes far beyond academics — it’s about awakening the potential within every child and guiding them to discover who they are, why they matter, and how they can impact the world. At the heart of my work is a desire to empower others — teachers, students, and women — to live with purpose and authenticity. Whether through education or ministry, my calling is to help people find healing, faith, and direction. I believe that when we teach and lead with purpose, we don’t just shape minds — we shape lives, communities, and futures. Becoming a mother deepened my passion for education. Watching my children learn, wonder, and grow reminded me that every child deserves to be seen, guided, and inspired with love. Motherhood gave me a clearer vision of what truly matters in learning — not perfection or performance, but presence, curiosity, and purpose. It’s what drives me to build schools and spaces that honor both the minds and the hearts of children.

I grew up believing that education was the key to opportunity, but it wasn’t until I became a teacher — and later a school director — that I realized its true power lies in shaping purpose, not just knowledge. Over the years, I’ve seen countless children who excel in exams yet struggle to see their own worth or potential. That gap became my calling: to create learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and meaning in every student. Becoming a mother deepened this mission. Watching my own children grow reminded me daily that every child deserves to feel seen, loved, and empowered to dream beyond what seems possible. Motherhood gave me a new lens on education — one that values heart as much as mind, and encourages every child to discover who they are and why they matter. At the heart of everything I do is my faith. My greatest inspiration is Jesus, whose love, wisdom, and example guide every decision I make, whether in the classroom, in my leadership, or in service to others. His teachings remind me that true transformation comes from nurturing both the mind and the soul. This is the story behind my idea worth spreading: education with purpose is not just about what we teach — it’s about who we help children become. Every classroom, every lesson, every act of guidance is an opportunity to shape a generation that believes in their potential and uses it to make the world better.

Something people may not know about me is that I love to connect with others through creativity and service. I enjoy volunteering, organizing acts of charity, and finding ways to make a difference in my community. I also have a passion for performing — whether acting, speaking, or presenting — because I love bringing stories to life and inspiring others through expression. These interests reflect my belief that leadership and education aren’t just about knowledge, but about touching hearts and building connections.
