I was born in Çorum in 1976. I graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Letters, Department of Philosophy in 1997. I completed my Master's degree in Philosophy at the same university in 2002. I am a Philosophy teacher at Vefa High School. I provided consultancy in Tübitak and E-Twenning projects. I am a P4C Children's Philosophy instructor. I received training in project writing, Creative writing, Fairy Tale Therapy, Robotic coding, Steam training. I attended various seminars and workshops.

I am passionate about innovation, change and learning.

Why is it important to be an investigative community? One of the main criticisms of the education system is that it is rote learning. How possible is it to raise the individuals of the 21st century with a teacher-centered education system where information is explained didactically? In today's world where information and technology are changing rapidly, our perception of education must change. It is essential for each part of the education system to renew itself in order to develop creative, critical, questioning and collaborative thinking as the basic skills of the 21st century. Only minds that question, not obey, can come up with creative and innovative ideas. Therefore, it is essential to be introduced to philosophical thinking skills from childhood. What is meant here is not to convey knowledge of the history of philosophy. On the contrary, it is a pedagogy that provides a way of thinking that combines many disciplines such as human rights, democracy, violence, justice, happiness, future, values, science, nature, etc. It is necessary to be an inquiring community for reasoning and argumentative thinking skills. The individual who is part of the inquiring community is the one who produces information, not the receiver. Innovative, creative, problem solver. Shaping the future is only possible with these abilities.

We thought and dreamed together. We held a philosophy workshop with p4c children for 6 months in a voluntary social responsibility project with primary school 1st grade students. Can children do philosophy? I can hear you ask. Children philosophize very well. They are good examples of listening, expressing oneself simply, and thinking disinterestedly and without limits. Together we experience justice, equality, belonging, happiness, love, rules, etc. We questioned many concepts carefully. The best thing was that they listened to each other when they expressed their thoughts, did not judge each other, and experienced explaining why they thought that way. I don't agree with the idea of ​​....... because sentences starting with... are actually It was evidence of how strong communication and thinking skills can be in children. This experience where I was a learner, not a teacher, was amazing.

People don't know that my journey towards myself continues despite my advancing age. My desire to know and discover myself and my effort to make sense of the world always accompany me. No one knows that I have a vision of God that is shaped not in the sacred texts but in the conscience of my own heart.
