Professionally, I am the first lawyer, tackling all things legal, at startup Avegant, which developed the first personal movie theater. My path to Avegant included co-founding an all-women high-tech IP law firm and co-founding the CLUB, an incubator of women leaders in Silicon Valley. My side passion project is preparing to launch later this year a new podcast called Unraveling Pink, creating an inclusive conversation around gender-based assumptions in the workplace.

By creating a conversation around our "pink bandana moments" (incorrect gender-based assumptions), we can reduce the occurrence and impact of gender bias in the workplace.
