An idea worth spreading
What If the most important relationship you have and the most precious thing you own is your body? What if small things made a big difference. What if pleasure is the way? What if sensory IQ is more important than mental intelligence? What would your life look like? http://youtu.be/9PEJQjP35L0

The TED story
In 1999 I was invited to present my movement arts for body and life teachings - The Nia Technique - at TED and was unable to go. Since then I have been an avid follower. Two of my students have presented at TED. I am passionate about education, change and the evolution of humanity. Brilliance excites me. As an explorer of human potential TED, TEDWomen and the TED communities offer me the best! In 2015 I attended TEDWomen and am forever changed!
