Diversity, Equality, Justice

Inclusion is the key to diversity, adding people with diverse backgrounds, genders or nationalities to board rooms or executive managements without a culture of inclusion is potentially more damaging than having no diversity at all.

I have followed TED for years, got inspired, shared stories and watched hundreds of TED talks. One of my life goals is to deliver a TED talk. I am attending the first TED Women conference and I am truly excited as I now have a HR role and I feel I have a better opportunity to make an impact so I am looking forward to a very inspiring conference.
