Casey Foss

Casey is passionate about building the consulting firm of the future – bringing together multidisciplinary teams with leading edge technology, design thinking, and proprietary assets to design offerings that will help clients become digital leaders. By nature, she constantly looks for opportunities to create value for clients and push West Monroe's teams to seize those opportunities. Being the firm’s first chief commercial officer is the ultimate way to employ her experience capturing what makes West Monroe unique and turning those qualities into differentiators designed to drive business results. In her role, she makes sure the work West Monroe does helps their clients realize the value of being digital. This means anticipating issues they will face on the road to digital leadership and building offerings, products, and technology assets that address these issues efficiently – so their clients see the impact sooner. To do this effectively, she also leads a team designed to ensure West Monroe has processes in place to deliver the value they promise. In Casey's previous 15 years with West Monroe, she elevated and differentiated the firm’s brand and guided programs that helped the firm achieve unprecedented annual growth, enter new markets, and significantly enhance their market presence and reputation. She thrives on fast-moving change and loves that, every day, she gets to draw on different skills to address unique challenges – whether helping change the conversation between consultants and clients from service-orientation to value creation or developing a compelling way to show how they solve the biggest issues in the digital world.

Since losing her mother to pancreatic cancer, Casey has avidly supported the cause and efforts to improve early detection – including raising tens of thousands of dollars for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network through marathons and other fundraising efforts. She also serves on the board of Girls on the Run Chicago.
