Hi people! I am Roshan Singh , a 21 year old guy pursuing my passion and a soon-to-be engineer👨💻 graduate from NIELIT AURANGABAD. I come from Ballia , Uttar Pradesh - a town of gangsters 🔫 (don't worry, you'll be safe!). I am quite a sports enthusiast, Volleyyball 🏐being the favorite. I cook👨🍳 quite well too, let's eat together one day!! Making new friends and talking to new people is something I absolutely love and watching movies is yet another fun thing - 3 idiots is my favorite!! I wish to visit Las Vegas🇺🇸 in this lifetime and being an enthusiastic person, I wish to scuda dive, bungee jump and perform every adventurous activity out there! It is important to acknowledge the history of social work and the purpose of social work and why it exists. Social work is a questioned theory with different perspectives on what it is and how it should be practised. Social work helps people to deal with personal and social problems so that people can overcome or adjust to any personal difficulties. Social work is a combination of social stability and social change.Free education is a great social work; which can be done for removing illiteracy from our society. Thereafter many online services are made available by government in many countries. But it is hard to utilize this opportunity by poor and common people also. Poor people has no personal internet access. Therefore there should be a social organisation; which can make free utilisation of these opportunities for poor. This service should be given by government to support the needy people.I think creating opportunity is not sufficient. The disparity is as prominent that it is hard to push benefits up to common man's level.Our one important problem out of many is that the set salary for labour class people are not going completely into their pocket. It is deducted as a commission by middlemen. Here social workers have big role to execute and to nullify middlemen and to create transparent system for labour class.Social work is a profession that works for betterment of society. It promotes wellbeing by empowering clients, families or groups. They recognise the complexity of interaction and influence on human beings and their environment.Their practice is based on generalised framework of understanding human behaviour given by various theories and social work practice models. Social work practice and theories work alongside each other and are inseparable and neither does one dominant other.

I should be focusing on at work. I think I like variety, but I don’t know which of the multiple things I should make the centre piece of my work.” But I do it properly. I am also good in management and also know how to handel the situation. I have assigned Curator Role in Tedx .I took this role thinking I had the right skills and I would be good at it – because I came from the similar domain, I had successfully executed such Role/Project. I am also good in social working .I am helping people by settings support to ill patients and their families by helping them find resources and health care needs.My interest in this field from elderly dates back to my childhood.At my village I do such type of work .In covid ,I assign a role as a volunteer in vaccination.I do it successfully.I am happy to help the needy people. I have a lot work and plan to do in upcoming time.
