Franchesca Thompson is an accomplished educator, community motivator, and creative entrepreneur. Driven by a passion to empower both teachers and students, she’s the founder and CEO of Thrive12, an online academic hub providing diverse educational resources to amplify marginalized voices in the classroom. She’s the kind of person who identifies a lack in a region or community, then creates whatever tools or programs are needed to fill it. With nearly two decades of experience teaching business, technology, marketing, and entrepreneurship classes, Franchesca has been recognized as a leader and a change-maker throughout her career.
