Current director of the Executive Education (ExEd) unit at the Mónica Herrera School of Communication (ECMH), after leading the entrepreneurship department at that institution. She has +10 years of experience as a university professor and consultant for SMEs and businesses in various fields. He has worked together with various organizations such as Ingenio El Ángel, Sagrisa, the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nutrifer, FUNDESO, PROESA, Fundación Gloria de Kriete, among others, in the strategic planning of solutions to innovation opportunities. He has a degree in Economics and Business from the Higher School of Economics and Business (ESEN), where he was a scholarship holder from the Education Foundation (Switzerland) and a master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Small Entrepreneurship Promotion & Training (SEPT) program at the University from Leipzig in Germany where he was a fellow of the DAAD Program. He has a certification from the Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators (SEE) at Babson College, Boston, USA.

Passionate about innovation and business strategy, he collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to design programs that spread intra-entrepreneurship and innovation as ways to address complex problems in the Salvadoran context.

Francisco is a founding partner of White Fox, a consultancy that specializes in the areas of entrepreneurship, corporate strategy, and workplace equality. In 2017, White Fox launched the Corporate Inclusion and Equality Index (iiEE), with the goal of promoting the adoption and implementation of best practices and policies in Latin American companies that encourage diversity, inclusion and equality of employees at all levels. The Index focuses on five of the groups that have been most discriminated/marginalized in the Latin American region: - Gender equality; - People with disabilities; - HIV and other chronic illnesses; - LGBTQ population; and - Other minorities (race, ethnicity, nationality, age & religion).
