Bio
Madison Gattis is the Director of Client Experience for TED@Work, driving strategy for a Learning Advisory approach to client care + ensuring our product remains relevant to the needs of our clients and global business trends.
Prior to joining TED@Work, Madison was a consultant for CEB/Gartner’s Talent Management Solutions and also led Linkage's Customer Success function. She brings with her ~15 years of experience in cultivating L&D, Talent, and Organizational transformations with a focus around experiential education, cultivating inclusive workplace cultures, and executive leadership.
Madison has a Bachelor’s in Anthropology from Wake Forest University. In her free time, she is a Yoga and Mindfulness instructor and volunteers as a Master Gardener in her community.
