Professionally - A rewarding 34 year career in Management and Leadership Development with Sysco. A certified coach and facilitator responsible for developing and leading development programs across Canada. Earned a leadership award 10 times, a record for a woman within Sysco North America.
Personally - A proud parent and grandparent of amazing people! Actively involved in the organization of TEDxSurrey and coaching speakers, as well as volunteering with numerous organizations in support of seniors and children

The TED story
My TED story started through the integration of talks to support various leadership programs. In 2019 I had the opportunity to support TEDxBearCreekPark in it's inaugural 100+ event and in 2020, joined the leadership team as event manager and speaker coach. In 2022 we became TEDxSurrey and host about 900 people. One of the speakers I coached had his talk elevate to TED.com! It's a very rewarding experience to be a part of every year.
