We set up Egremont Group in 2000, as a different kind of Business Transformation consulting firm. We release the constrained energy in organisations. We have found when people can be fully themselves they do their best work and everybody wins. We operate globally from bases in London and Chicago. In addition to leading the firm I have also been actively involved in designing large and complicated transformation programmes with many large global and national businesses based in Europe and the USA. These projects tend to include: strategic intent, core operating models and organisation configuration, performance improvement as well as the leadership approach required to inspire followership and enable culture change. Across all our work is a determination to build the capacity to absorb continuous change and learning. Over the last 25 years, I've also designed a number of change acceleration tools used by many large European organisations today, including the DNA of Change, an approach to high performance teams and the "Attention Model", an approach which integrates type theories of behaviour and helps individuals and teams focus on what is really important. I also operate as a Visiting Professor for 3 UK Universities - speaking on the subject of Future back thinking, and Continuous Change & transformation. Before setting up Egremont Group, I worked for Gemini Consulting, HP and IBM.
