Diaa Alsaady, a Structural Engineer with over 4 years of technical office experience and a Public Relations & Event Management expert with 7 years in the field. As a PRSA Ambassador and Co-founder & CEO of ADx Group, XAcademia, and PRSE, I combine engineering precision with strategic communication and educational innovation to create meaningful results. My journey unfolds across three intertwined paths that reflect my mission to bridge technical expertise, human connection, and experiential learning: ADx Group: Leading event management, professional training, and organizational development solutions from concept to execution. XAcademia: Empowering youth and graduates to discover their career paths and develop the skills employers truly seek. PRSE: Building the next generation of PR professionals through training, accreditation, and strategic partnerships. As a TEDx Organizer, I strive to design experiences that spark dialogue, challenge perspectives, and inspire growth. At the heart of it all, I believe leadership is about creating opportunities — where ideas meet action, and people discover their power to make change.

My journey with TEDx began from a simple belief: that every experience, when designed thoughtfully, can spark curiosity, inspire growth, and leave a lasting impact. As a Structural Engineer with a passion for precision and problem-solving, I quickly realized that true impact comes from connecting people, ideas, and opportunities. Over the past 7 years, I’ve combined my expertise in engineering, public relations, and event management to create platforms where learning meets real-world application. Through ADx Group, XAcademia, and PRSE, I’ve organized events, trained youth, and built communities that empower individuals to discover their potential and turn ideas into meaningful action. TEDx has given me the opportunity to channel this vision on a larger scale — designing experiences that not only inform but also inspire. Every event I organize is a chance to light a candle of knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, helping people see what’s possible when ideas are shared and amplified.
