The TED story
I saw a listing in a meetup group in my neighborhood that mentioned TEDx. I had never heard of TEDx but I loved TED talks and I thought they might possibly be related. I went to the meeting out of curiosity I was impressed with TRang Thai who wanted to put on a TEdx event in Schenectady. Volunteers came and went but I became one of the 5 co- organizers of the first TEdxSchenectady in 2015 and now I'm hooked. We hope to make this an annual event
