Jill believes talent is the only infinitely renewable resource. She has dedicated her career to understanding the conditions that lead talent to unlock their full potential. She has worked across companies and industries in her pursuit of accelerating transformation, reducing complexity, tying work to purpose, making work more human-centered, and helping others see and unleash their superpowers.
Her expertise sits at the intersection of neuroscience, human behavior, experience design and foresight. She is forging a new field combing foresight, neuroscience, and experience design, called Applied Futures, that focuses on building new experiences or leveraging existing disruption to shift mindsets, beliefs and behaviors with the ultimate goal of shaping the future.
